The Indian regional finals of the PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO) 2019 will be held at Thyagraj Sports Complex in Delhi on 14th and 15th June. Just recently, PUBG Mobile had announced the Indian semi-final rankings of its PMCO tournament. 16 teams will battle each other, and the winner will represent India in the PMCO Global Spring Split Finals held in Berlin, Germany.
PUBG Mobile’s Twitter post mentioned that the event is free to attend, and those who won’t be able to attend can watch it live on PUBG Mobile’s official YouTube channel. The entry at the Thyagraj Sports Complex begins at 1 p.m. on both days, but do note that seats will be given on first come - first serve basis. Considering how popular the game is in India, you might want to arrive a couple of hours early as there’s bound to be a long queue.
For people who can’t attend the event in person, you can catch the live stream online. According to PUBG Mobile’s official YouTube page, the stream will go live at 2 p.m. on 14th and 15th June. You can also click on the reminder option that will notify you the moment their stream goes live. Additionally, game developers have created special YouTube reward crates that users will receive if they watch the competition on both days.
According to a recent video uploaded on PUBG Mobile’s official Twitter page, the winning team of the Indian regional finals will receive a hefty prize of $175,000 USD which approximately amounts to Rs. 1.2 Crore.
The event will be hosted by renowned comedian, Abish Matthew, and the live stream will offer commentary in English as well as Hindi.
